My name is Minas Loekan, founder of FLOWINSPORT. My team and I are the developers of a unique method that takes your performance to an entirely new level. Not with ‘tricks’ or motivational speeches, but by transforming the fundamental principles of flow and performance psychology into a systematic approach that delivers immediate results.

We work exclusively with pro athletes who are already competing at the highest level, as well as high potential athletes who are close to reaching it. If you’re not competing at an elite level yet, the foundation you’re looking for isn’t what we provide in our one-on-one guidance. We don’t teach basic skills we refine world-class talent.
 

Our approach combines mental training, sports psychology, and AI-driven performance analysis. By partnering with platforms like Wyscout, WHOOP, and SciSports, we gather real-time data on performance, stress, recovery, sleep, and nutrition.
